Your first step is a check-up. Sophia will examine your teeth and gums thoroughly, talk you through anything she finds, and — if any treatment is needed — give you a written estimate to take away. There's no pressure to proceed at that appointment, and you'll always understand exactly what's involved and why before anything starts.
If you're coming from NHS dentistry or haven't seen a dentist in a while, that's completely fine. Sophia will start at the beginning and work at whatever pace feels right for you.
